tasks from project 03 to outlook tasks

Hi,

I know how to import tasks from outlook but can I select individual tasks in
project 03, relevant to me, into my outlook task list. I simply want
reminders for regular updates that I need to make that are becoming to
numerous to remember. I am currently setting these tasks in outlook manually.

Project Server allows you to import tasks into Outlook. Without Project
Server you need to use VBA.
