Tasks in Project Server

Why don't my tasks included in my projects on Project
Server appear on the home page under tasks?

One or both of these may answer your question, I hope.

1) You have saved but not published your project under
the Collaborate menu in Project.
2) Once you have viewed those tasks they no longer appear
on the home page.
