Tasks Link with fixed lag

I'd like to link two (or more tasks) in order to have a fixed lag, so for
example if I change the start date of task1, the task2 date shift of the same
quantity.
Please help!

Select task2
Task Information, Predecessors pad
Fill in the desired lag.
