Tasks/ Resources

Hi guys, I have a question. When you assign tasks to the
resources, they only see the task name on the Task Page
right? So how do they know what they are supposed to do
for that task? Do you Link a Document to the task to let
your resources know what they are supposed to do exactly
or there is another way to do that.

Thanks,
NC

NC,

There are a couple of different options that you have.
First, you could link a document to the task. This gives
you the most flexibility in terms of presentation (i.e.
you can attach any type of document you want, containing
any type of information you need to communicate). As an
alternative you can enter the requirements of the Task
into the "Notes" field. This is a little limiting but
very simple to execute. Not to mention that your
resources can update them with questions for you, etc.

Dale,
You are absolutely right. But I needed to know because
somebody asked me and I was not sure what to say to him.
But as you said, there has to be meetings.
Thanks,
NC
