Telling if Preview Pane is used by mail recipient

J

Jim

I would like to know if there is a way to determine
whether the recipient of my sent mail has previewed my
mail message prior to opening it.

No - absolutely not! I know, I often use this option (remove the mark read
action under Preview Pane) when pesky cow-orkers try to micromanage my time
to come by and waste some more of it.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Lanwench [MVP -
Exchange] asked:

| No - highly doubtful.
