Template downloads

When I attempt to download Office templates I get a window that requires I
register Office 2003. I have have Office XP that is registered.

Try the following then download again.

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.

Also delete the Cookie files for the template gallery

I tried the fixes you suggested. I still cannot download teplates. It still
requires that I register Office 2003. I have Office XP. Why does this do
this? In the template site it requires 97 or newer. Thanks. Also, It seems
very difficult to use this format of communication.
