template for a new nursing home presentation

The company I work for is building a new nursing home. They want a power
point presentation for the families of the residents. Are there any good
ideas for a template that might work nicely for something like this. Any
suggestions are helpful. Thanks

What instincts do the builders want to appeal to and what features do they want
to emphasize - - quality of care, serenity, luxury features, decor, etc? A
template should "support" the overall objective of the presentation.

Actually its not the bulilders that are doing the presentation. It is being
done by a staff member of the current nursing home. She would like to show
the residents families just what the new nursing home is going to look like
with pictures of what is done thus far. She'll probley touch on security
features, care, ect. Just an overall look at what to exspect when there loved
one is being moved to the new facility.

I would recommend a template with a simple single color background or a gradient
background - - something that won't compete with the photos and text, yet is
professional and pleasing to the eye. Perhaps a dark blue, like shimmer.pot or
beam.pot or stream.pot.
