Template for Email

I use Word 2002 with Win XP. I cannot use Word as an
email editor, the 'Email message Template is in the
template files and the relavant shortcut is on the
toolbar, but is greyed out. I have done the
uninstall/reinstall bit but so far no good, this feature
should be in the 'New Pane'box that appears on the right
side of the screen, but it is not shown.

Any ideas would of course be appreciated.

G'Day Nicholas,

If you want to begin with with Word, create a
document then e-mail it - you need an e-mail
client that integrates with Word: usually
MS Office Outlook.

If you use MS Office Outlook, then you can
elect to have Outlook call Word as its editor.

Which are you trying to do?
