Template for Weeing Certificates

I am looking for a Quaker Wedding Certificate template that I can use with
Publisher 2002. Anyone have any ideas on where I could locate some? It does
not have to be a free template, just one that is readily avaialble.

There are wedding templates here but they don't come close to real Quaker
certificates.
