Template path in TOOLS/Templates and Add-Ins

I am looking for a convenient way to change the template
path to "normal" even if the document bases on an
letterhead template (which is stored on our server). I
don't want to delete this information in all documents.

Batch processing macros can be found at word.mvps.org/FAQs/index.htm

The variable is ActiveDocument.AttachedTemplate

so something like

If ActiveDocument.AttachedTemplate = "SomeBadTemplate" then _
ActiveDocument.AttachedTemplate = "Normal.dot"
