Template Problems

I have several templates that I use regularly as starting documents for
personal stationery. Recently, when opened, they now appear on the screen
without the correct borders...i.e. the cursor is at the very top of the page.
What happened...and how can I change this.

If you're in Normal view, switch to Print Layout view. If you're already in
Print Layout view, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space
between pages" box | OK.
