Can you put a particular template on a toolbar? I know
you can put the "New templates" on the toolbar and then
choose the particular template you need but that's not
what I'd like.

I would really like to put a particular template on the
toolbar and/or click a hyperlink to a template (but
clicking a hyperlink to a template does not work because
it gives you the template document not a copy of the
document.

I can't seem to get to quickly get to a certain template
without going into the template window and choosing one.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can record a macro to open (file/new) the desired
template then add that macro to a toolbar.

This may be a little more than you are looking for but it is a way to
organize all of your templates to be accessed from a form opened from a
button on a toolbar. Check out my sample "Document Management System" (also
