I made a Word HTML email template but I have two things that I can't get to work right. The first and most problematic is that everytime you open the template it opens with the control toolbox, and in edit mode. I want it to open with only the standard and formating menu bars. Also, I created it as a email form with the email address and subject included in the template. I wanted the template to open with the Send To/Mail Receipient function already selected the way it was saved, but for some reason when the template opens this function has to be selected again each time
