Templates and Addins in Tools menu

I have somehow removed the "Templates and Addins" in my Tools menu in MS Word
and cannot find it anywhere. Any suggestions as to how to reinstall. Do I
have to completely reinstall MS word?

Iam using Windows XP and using MS word 2002.

Have you tried the following steps:
1)open word document and click on <Tools> menu bar and choose <Customize>
2)Under Customize, click on <Commands> tab
3) Under <Categories> highlight <Tools>
4) on the right hand column, under <Commands:> you should be able to see
<Templates and Add-ins>
5)Go back and highlight <Tools> menu bar while leaving <Commands> tab open
5)Highlight <Templates and Add-ins> and drag it to the <Tools> menu bar
dropdown
6) This will insert <Templates and Add-ins> below the <Tools> menu bar

Try the following steps:
1. Open word Document and choose <Tools> menu bar
2. Select Customize and click on <Commands> tab
3. Under the <Categories:> heading, highlight Tools
4. on the right hand column under <Commands:> heading,
scroll down until you see <Templates and Add-ins>
5. Go back to the <Tools> menu bar and click to open drop-down list
Note: keep the <Commands> tab open
6. Highlight <Templates and Add-ins> and drag it to the <Tools> drop down list
7. This will insert <Templates and Add-ins> under the <Tools> menu bar.
