Just this morning, I began experiencing a strange problem with
Microsoft Word 2002.
When I create a new document, and click on my personal letterhead
template, which I have been using without problems for months, it comes
up with no header and no formatting, other than the date.
When I click on the template to create a blank microsoft word document,
it comes up with no margins or anything. Just the cursor blinking in
the upper left corner.
BUT, other times, and I can't figure out why, when I create a new
document and click on a template, the document comes up normally, with
all the formatting associated with the template. Maddening!
Any suggestions?
