Text Boxes

How can I move text boxes around on a page without them jumping to the top or
to parts of the page where I DON'T want them. I tried 'unlocking them' from
the text. This doesn't work.

AND, why can't I position the text boxes EXACTLY where I want them and
reshape them as I go? It seems that once I place the text box or try to
reshape it, it jumps somewhere else...usually up.

Try changing the Text Wrapping. Double Click on the textbox then Layout Tab
