Text form field value copied in header

I need your help in Word 2003. If have a text form field. When the filed is
filled, the text of this filed should also appear in the header. How can id
do it ? Programmaticaly ?

You don't need a macro to do it. In the header, insert a cross reference to
the text of the bookmark that is assigned to the formfield and in the
Properties dialog of the formfield, check the "Calculate on exit" box so
that the fields in the document will be updated to make the data that was
entered into the formfield appear in the header.
