text is not wrapping but is hanging out under the picture.

Somehow I have text under my picture, and have tried changing the order,
etc., but to no avail. I am sure there is a simple answer I'm missing!
Please help! (and thank you)

Right-click the picture, click format picture, layout tab, change the object
position to exact. If it is already exact, change the wrap to something other
than top and bottom.
