Text Moves

I have a user using Publisher XP SP3.
When she opens a Previously Created Brochure - changes some text and selects
save, the text moves and then the document is saved with the incorrect
formatted text.
I cannot seem to correct this. At first I thought it might be a corrupt
graphic, but after testing I don't think so.

Any suggestions?
