Text size varies

Text is consistently cut and pasted from MS Word 2002 to a
Frontpage 2002 page. When viewed in IE default text size it
does not change point size but if you change the text size
in IE to smaller or larger the text size varies from
paragraph to paragraph. What am I doing wrong in Frontpage
2002 that is causing this problem.

Paste to Notepad first (to remove all Word formatting) then from notepad to FP
