The "Save As" option not working

The "Save As" option in Microsoft Office Word 2003 is grayed out adn it will
not let me choose that option. To save a file to a new name I have to choose
"Save as Web Page" and then change the "Save as type" to doc. Any suggestions?

Please post your question to the Word newsgroup. You've landed in PowerPoint
territory where you might get the most helpful suggestions.
