Themes and Templates

I want a professional look to the school website and want
it to refresh the link bar on each page when it is added
to one page. However, I find the templates difficult to
add buttons to and am totally confused on how to
effectively utilize FP2002 for this purpose. I have been
unable to locate tutorials that specifically address
modifications to a theme and template to meet my needs.
I have used FP2000 for 3 years and FP2002 for 1, but have
not used the templates before. Any suggestions for
easily changing my current website to a more
professional, uniform look with ease of links????
