This Bold Underline Mark at the End of my page

It looks like this ______ and it just shows up at the end of my document. It's some sort of marker. Like a Cursor marker - how do I toggle it off?

It is the end-of-document marker. It is displayed only in Normal view, and
there is no way to toggle it off.
