this folder has not yet been updated

I removed a profile in outlook 2003 and then wen to add it
back in. After I did that and resetup the email account
with the exchange server. there was no email and all I get
is this "this folder has not yet been updated" in the
lower right corner and an error stating "Task 'Micsosoft
Exchange Server' reported error (0x80040107): 'Could not
open the item. Try again.'" when I do a asend/recieve. All
the emai lis there when I log in to webmail.
