Depending on which color settings you're referring to
they may be in the .tbb or .tmp files that the Office
Shortcut Bar (OSB) creates for a toolbar. It stores a
graphic strip, somewhere around 32 pixels wide, in the
..tmp files it saves for each toolbar in addition to the
binary data in the Shortcut Bar registry key information.

Wondering where the color settings for the Office Shortcut bar are
stored.... any ideas? I'm assuming that it's in the registry, but some
searches haven't turned up anything.
