Throwing Error when click on Peoples and Groups column in site set

Hi friends,

i configured one Project server 2007 site and it working fine . i findout
one thing while digging the functionality of each operation that is peoples
and groups showing ERROR page when ever we click on that operation.
we are shocked why it would happened like this.we try to figure it out but
we are not successful to fix the issue.

can anyone please help
