Tiling an Image for Slide Master Background?

In PPT2000, how can I insert an image in the slide master for the PPT
background that will be tiled (like Win98SE background)?

Go to View > Master > Slide Master. Then Format > Background. Click on the
Color box, select Fill Effects, click on the Texture tab and then the Other
Texture button and locate and select your picture.
