Time Data calculation

Hi,
I want to create a custom report from data imported to MS access.
What i can't figure out is the conversion from the numbers stored in the
project sql tables to time and date.

I have seen this info somewhere before but i can't find it anywhere now.


Please help.

In Tools > Options > Save, check the box for Expand timephased data in the
database.
