Title of a Task

When I view or print the memo view of a task there appears
to be a title in large letters at the top left of the
sheet but there is no field to fill in when creating the
task. It just prints out as "Unknown". Where is the field
that determines the content of this "Title"?

It's the name associated with the default mail account.
