ToDo List Template

I've been trying to find a way to have nested ToDo items in Outlook and have
given up. (ie I don't want to see task 7 until task 3 is completed becuase
7 can't be started until 3 is done)

So I was looking into creating a simple access database to handle the job.
However first I decided to see if I could find a template out there. I
couldn't really find anything on Microsofts site so I was hoping someone
could point me towards a good template/solution for my problem. Thanks.

Have you tried asking in the Outlook group to see whether it is, in fact,
possible?

There are a number of them, all starting microsoft.public.outlook.\
