toolbar size

Hi all:
How do I limit the length of a toolbar across the top of a form? Right now,
each toolbar wants it's own line across the top of the app, and a couple of
them are custom bars with only a couple of items and don't need the whole row.

If they are all appearing at the top of the screen at once, why don't you
just put all the menu items on one menubar?
