Toolbars in Office 2003 Professional

Why is it that under the customize window for the toolbars that the checkbox for having the toolbars in two rows is checked and unavailable? I DO NOT want them to be in two rows, rather I want one row. Is there a way to change this feature? Is there a reason it is not made available?

The option shouldn't be disabled unless you are viewing the Toolbar
options in Access.

The option reads "Show Standard and Formatting toolbar on two rows".
Access doesn't have toolbars name Standard or Formatting so the option
doesn't apply and it is disabled.

Just because the option is disabled it doesn't mean you can't have
multiple toolbars on the same row. Just drag the toolbars to your
preferred arrangement. :)

I should have specified more... I am using the Business Contact Manager and that toolbar will move to one line but the next time you open it the toolbar moves back down to two rows. Is this a BCM problem?

Tested this by moving the BCM toolbar to the row above, closed Outlook, reopened.... no BCM toolbar. Checked Outlook help on reopen toolbar, referenced me to BCM help... no BCM help shows in help where it usually is.
Closed Outlook, all programs open, restarted XP Pro notebook, restarted Outlook and the BCM toolbar, help menu is back to normal before toolbar move. BCM help says that the toolbar will always open below the standard open toolbars. Is that the reason that BCM "dissapeared" after the move?
