Track Changes - Table of Contents

I have Track Changes on (highlighting in red inserted text). After I
completed my changes, I updated the Table of Contents and List of Tables.
Once updated, the entire TOC and LOT were in red instead of just what I
changed. How do I show in Table of Contents and List of Tables only inserted
changes?
Need answer ASAP!!!
