When Word 2000 compares a document, it puts a vertical bar in the left margin. Is there a way to 'find' these locations in the document:say, by using the Find dialogue or, failing that, by running a macro?

AA, you can use the Reviewing toolbar (View > Toolbars > Reviewing) to do
it. The Previous and Next buttons will take you through a document, stopping
at each change (just like the Find dialog would if you could use it for this
purpose).
