I'm guessing this question has been asked often, but I've not been able to
locate and answer. So, I'm asking the esteemed group.
The basic question is how to manually enter task actual costs at the summary
level.
The main reasons for wanting to do this is that it is too burdensome to
require seperate chargen numbers for eash MS project task. Thus, my charge
numbers in our job cost system are at the 2nd tier WBS. However, I'd like
to be able to use % complete to compute a BCWS that is rolled up and
compared to actuals entered at the summary level.
