After selecting to "accept" all changes (from tracking
mode) & "show final," page numbers disappeared & I
couldn't re-insert page numbers, no matter what I tried.
After accepting changes it also wouldn't "view"
headers/footers. I simply copied & created a new doc.,
which allowed me to then create page numbers.
Is there anything else I should have tried?
