Tracking Vacation Day

My schedule has individual calendars for resources (people) where I enter their vacation days as non-working days.
I need a way to display all of the non-working (vacation) days from their individual calendars.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

Can't be done. Do what I do - I do not allow any
vacation, this will make your problem will go away by
itself.
