Our company uses several stand-alone versions of MSP 2002. We do not have
Central, and do not use time reporting.
Is there any way we can track the true project progress?
Can the date fields be locked so the manager's cannot change them, instead
default to the current date when marking tasks started or complete?

Hi

if you Baseline your project, then when you add actuals in you can compare
these to the baseline. check out baselines in help and post back if you
would like more information.
