I went through Step by Step (from Microsoft Press) and still need some more
direction. I cannot find a local (Philadelphia or Baltimore) training course
for MS Proj 2003. Any suggestions for online courses or CD's?
I just googled for "MS Project training Philadelphia" and got several
hits. I didn't check to see availability. There's Project training in
almost every big city in the US. The problem is, finding good
training. There are a lot of Project trainers out there who read a
book, then started teaching Project. The trick is to find someone who
knows Project Management and has actually used Project at least a few
times, preferably more. I'd google for training, then call the
instructors and ask a few questions, like what is your background,
have you studied Project Management, what kinds of projects have you
scheduled using Project.
