some people need the structure atmosphere of a classroom situation to
get any benefit from a class.

If it were Word, Excel or FrontPage; I'd say a classroom maybe beneficial for some
folks (me, for example). Publisher is one of those applications where using the
product is the best teacher. The training URL's have audio, a short test and a
reference card. The best part one isn't graded.
