Transfer Excel Menus

I'm having a different computer and know how to move my toolbars & macros but
can't work out how to transfer my menus, I have customised them quite a lot
and it would take hours to re-do, is there a way of transferring them?

I have had this problem in the past and I don't know if this advice is
still relevant but it may be helpful.

If you like me have created you own menus etc there is a file on your
C:\Drive C:\Drive possibly in the XlStart directory called Excel.xlb.

This file holds the settings for any menus you have created yourself.

There is however a problem when transferring the file to a new computer
if the file path is different in any way the macros attached to your
menus won't run, your will have to re-assign them all.

This may have changed with the advances in technology though.
