Transfer factory-installed Word/Office from desktop to laptop w/o

I have Word 2003/Office factory-installed on my desktop computer and no CDs.
I recently received a laptop that does not have Word or Office installed on
it. Is there any way to transfer the programs from my desktop to my laptop?
I have the product keys.

I run Windows XP on both machines.

OEM software (preinstalled) is only licensed to run on that specific system.
That's why it's cheaper than buy it retail.
