Transferring my Outlook to a new computer

I'm putting alot of work into my Outlook database. Let's
say down the road, I want to buy a new, faster computer.
How do I copy over my Outlook data? I can't use my Palm
Pilot because it doesn't copy over everything (journals,
distribution groups, folders, etc.....none of that will
copy over).

How do I transfer my existing Outlook Database to my next
computer?
