Trial Key Registers Invalid??

I enter the 25 digit trial key found on my Certificate of Authenticity & a
box appears saying the number is invalid. It reads "Microsoft Office Student
and Teacher Edition 2003 Trial" under the bar key & has the Trail Key # right
below it. I received it when I purchased my computer. What should I do?

Oops, had trouble finding my post & realize I asked this twice. Sorry!
Yes, I checked the numbers & no, I have not entered the numbers before this.
I did buy the floor displayed pc. Could they have entered it at Office Depot
making it invalid for me to use now?

If you bought the floor model then it may have been entered already.
HOWEVER..........it's just a trial version. Full versions of Office cost
extra and I don't know of any "store bought" PCs that come with a full
version of Office as part of the cost.

You could try calling OD and asking them - but don't be surprised when they
are clueless.
