Trial Version 2007

I downloaded the 2007 trial version, but when trying to open an existing
..pub file I cannot make any changes to it. I can view it and close it, but
cannot edit any of the content or save it.

What gives?

went through the trial activation process and then tried to open a file.

It sounds like Pub2007 is running in reduced
functionality mode. Maybe the following articles
