Trouble moving a PST file

I want to change the location of a PST file

If I open Control Panel | Mail | Show Profiles | Properties | Data Files |
Settings then the Filename field is greyed out and so so cannot be changed.

Why is the field greyed out and how do I change it?

If you want to move the PST, why are you renaming it?
You should never rename a PST file while Outlook is closed. You will corrupt
your profile.
You rename PST files from Outlook.
