The site hasn't changed or just the Home page hasn't changed.
If it's just the Home page make sure your local home page and the live one
have the same extension. When publishing, the server will change index.htm
to index.html if that's what it needs. Then if you edit your local
index.htm and publish again, FP will publish your new index.htm but not
update index.html. To cure this rename your local page index.html and
republish.
If it's the entire site, see if your ISP or your host caches web pages. For
example AOL caches web pages on their servers and changes to webs sometimes
don't show for 24 to 48 hours.
