Trying to do a merge

I am trying to do a merge and use Outlook Contacts as my data source.
Whenever I try this I get a message saying "Unable to obtain a list of
tables from the data source" and I can't proceed.

All setting in Outlook 2003 are set the way Milly advised, but I still get
the same message when attempting a merge from Outlook Contacts.
