"Trying to run Access 2000 SR1 Runtime" when opening email

We get the message/error "Trying to run Microsoft Access
SR1 Runtime" when we try to open an email on one machine.
We have several identically configured machines running
Outlook 2003 and this is the only one that has problems
like this. We are running an Access application on all of
the machines as well.

Has anyone else seen this error and found a resolution to
it?
