Turn off drag edits in Gantt Chart?

I often see users of MS Project changing their project without realizing it
by accidentally dragging in the Gantt Chart. This just happened to me as
well--it is very easy to slip on the mouse or otherwise do something
undesirable by dragging in the Gantt Chat. Is it possible to turn this off? I
don't want any Gantt Chart dragging to affect anything at all on my project,
not constraints, not links, not durations, and certainly not Actual Start
times. Any ideas?
